Training Activity———Initiated by Founder of Fused Grid Theory Direct in Person

Road network is the urban frame system, reasonable road network model is able to alleviate the ever-growing traffic jam, and lead the whole city to a development path—health, sustainability.      
By holding on to ecological design theory, RHS organization is always in advanced design sector, and persisted in chasing innovation on multiple layer and dimensional. In order to integrate health and sustainability into urban planning, RHS specially invite the professional experts from Canada to conduct half a month technical training towards RHS designers, both Fanis( chairman of Urban Pattern Associates and professor Gord in UBC).     
Design theory of Fused Grid is based on concepts, such as puting people at first, environmentally friendly technology, providing convenient pedestrian space so as to finally reducing the traffic flow and shorten automobile’s short journey .       
In accordance with some statistics collected by expert,  compared Fused Grid to other road network, the Fused Grid seems more convenient and safer, especially endowed with enormous potential on reducing traffic jam in rush hour, on providing fluent traffic circumstance. All of these are suitable to RHS’s ecological design concept and sustainability.

During the training period, starting from the cause of Fused Grid, concept, design theory and application prospect,  based on some concrete showcases like master urban planning, regulatory detailed planning and urban design,  they proposed a variety of ideas about how to improve or organize road network and traffic organization,  apart from these, they also analyze on how to apply their research output into our planning project,  moreover, two respectable experts hope that all planners will promote this particular road network substantially with its series of advantages, like green, low-carbon, science, harmonious road network and traffic organization.
